Description: This 4-plot development on Etherley Lane, Bishop Auckland was constructed using stone frontages with brick side and rear elevations, which were the signature building style of the developer. Large triple glazing to the front elevations were used to give a distinctive, coherent design style for the development, maximising natural light and views from each of the dwellings. There are two house types; each with three storey’s by utilising the roof space for master bedroom complete with large ensuites and dressing areas to each house type. The properties overlook the stream and coppice to the rear.
